History

Living Hope Church opened its doors in the Fall of 2014, in Bowie, as a church plant out of Solid Rock Church, in partnership with Sovereign Grace Churches. Over time the geographic center of our membership shifted and since 2020 we have met in Crofton. In 2021 we experienced a transition in leadership, as our founding pastor retired; Leo Vadalà was officially ordained and Adam Campbell became the lead pastor of Living Hope.
Through transitions of leadership and geography, our passion remains the same: to proclaim Christ and build a community around the gospel. We are not a large church, and this has been an advantage as we are enabled to truly know each other, living life as a church family. Our investment in relationships in the church and in the community around us is strengthened by living close to one another. Our church members live in Crofton, Gambrills, Bowie, and Upper Marlboro–all along the Route 3 corridor.
